Q: How deep are the pins?

3.5mm pins: ~4mm. 4.0mm pins: 3mm deep. 4.5mm pins: ~6mm. 5mm & 6mm pins: 7mm. 7mm pin: ~5mm (not a typo, 7mm pins are shorter). 10mm pins: ~33mm, including the wider flange at end, which is about 11mm diameter, being about 2mm of the 33. Larger diameter pins are not all longer. These measurements include only the pin itself and not the wider base of the pin. The base of every pin (the part with the flats to tighten it) is about 5mm.

If it has holes you can put the pins in, it should work. Possible issues you'll need to contend with - the handle may flex if the bolt you're trying to remove requires high torque (maybe 200+ ft/lbs), the pins may pop out of the pulley as you apply torque and the tool flexes. I had issues with the pins popping out of the pulley. In my case I was able to use a small clamp to clamp the tool to the pulley. Others have replaced the the pins with bolts and essentially bolted the tool to the pulley.If your pulley does not have holes/threads to allow the pins to be fastened in some way to the pulley, then this tool won't work well.
