So far I've tried it on Pizza, Hamburger, White rice, Eggs. All have been delish. Its hot but not overwhelming and the flavors are well balanced and does not lean toward one flavor too much. It's does not have the strong vinegar flavor that usually dominates some chili sauces its rather light and that lets the other flavors come through nicely. I will be buying more and probably trying the other flavor as well since this one is soo good.

Impressed with both these sauces. The red one has a bit of sweet taste of tamarind. The green one is similar to coconut chutney.

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but after having Covid and then the Omicron virus I had covid mouth and covid tongue which completely changed my taste buds. I went from eating everything bland and mild to now loving everything that is spicy and saucy. The green sauce of these two is delicious😋😋 I've already purchased three more bottles of the green sauce. I haven't tried the red yet but I'm sure I will love it too👍

This creamy spicy tangy sauce is great on EVERYTHING, sandwiches, eggs, meat, rice dishes, etc. -- a nice change from regular Mexican-style hot sauce, though I love that too. Mix it with plain yogurt for an unbelievable veggie dip. The bottles are way too stiff to function well as squeeze bottles, but it doesn't matter, the taste and quality are worth it. Just unscrew the cap and shake it out.

We use these sauces on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The both go great on anything from eggs to liver. Yes, it should replace onions as the main staple to serve with liver!

I didn’t like these sauces at all. They have a mix of ingredients that don’t enhance the flavor of the chilis, but instead makes the sauces taste quite odd. They hardly has any distinctive Indian flavor. If used in a dish, the flavor profile may change too much. It’s best to use them only as a dip for fried food. I wouldn’t be buying again.

I like the green best..good on lots of things. The red is also hot & good but I just personally don't care for the Tamarind flavor in it. I'll probably re-order some green when it's gone. Both are pretty hot & I love spicy hot stuff.
