Write more books!!!
This book was hilariously funny! Even though funny,it was a bit romantic in a good way. First paragraph: "Yes,a drainpipe". There was a big moral in the story, and I think it was be yourself, and be a child and live life easily, because when your a teen, life is HARD. Drama,Boys, and Shaving are the big topics in teenage girls life's.Its the most common things girls talk about. In this book I found real life experiences,a meaning moral,a bit of romantic scenes, and a bit of humor. In my book, this book is a winner! Here are the suggestions if you do another book:1. Make one about everyone's past, called "The Willow Falls Diary" and do Rory's past,Leo and Amanda's past,Tara and Grace's past,David's past, and do their really young past,as in 4 years old.2. Do a book on Rory and Jake, and have it be romantic, but with a unexpecting turn.3. Wendy Mass can make another book using one of her idea's!4. Wendy Mass won't make another bookš£Sincerely,xxKawaiiCherryBlossom

An incredible book..............
This book is a pre-teen sort of dramatic comedy that also teaches a real important and necessary life lesson that life lesson that's very well expressed. It's about a girl who has this long list and chart about things she can THINKS she wants to do since she's finally twelve. And don't worry if you don't really understand the beginning of the book because you can really understand and actually tie everything together when you finish the book. Throughout the book she finds out that a lot of the things on her list find turn out te way she hoped. In the book you will find big coincidences and lots of things that really make you think. At the end some really special people make her realize that the only reason that she did to do all of the stuff on her list is because she reached a certain age where she could do all of that stuff but not because she really wanted to. But toward the end she didn't do a few stuff that were on her list because she didn't feel comfortable doing it. I LOVE these types of books that are kind of a pre-teen comedy drama that come with a little moral at the end. I recommend this book for many people.

Finally is a great book!
The book, Finally, was enjoyable to read because pre-teens can relate to Rory Swenson, the main character in the book. It's a very gripping book with descriptive scenes, comedy and suspense. Most pre-teens would find the book enjoyable for these reasons. Rory cannot wait to turn twelve. She has made a list of things she wants to do when she turns twelve. She hopes to get a cell phone, drink coffee, wear earrings and attend a boy/girl party. Many "tweens" long for these same things, especially girls. Because of this, pre-teens can relate to the main character. This book is a real page turner and sometimes you don't want to stop reading because you want to find out if Rory gets all her twelve year old wishes. This book has a lot of spice to it, like having descriptive words, such as this phrase, "He laughs and flips a switch on the fancy-schmancy coffee/cappuccino/espresso maker that mom won in a raffle last year." The descriptive words in this book make a clear picture in your head which makes it more enjoyable to read. Some of the scenes were funny like when Rory gets her bottom stuck in a drain pipe. Rory likes to wish and in response to getting stuck, she says, "Looking back, I wish I had saved one of those wishes because, if I had, I wouldn't be stuck in this drainpipe right now. Yes, drainpipe." Sometimes her character is funny like when she stays home alone for the first time, she thinks she will die and she tells her friend she can have her cell phone when she dies. As you can see, Rory can be funny when she is being dramatic. Also, once you get into the book there are some suspenseful, exciting moments. One time, Rory was told that movie star Jake Harrison was going to film a movie at her school. As I experienced, reading this scene felt exciting. They were casting extras for the film and the reader is in suspense to find out who would be picked for the movie. For example, the main character describes the scene of waiting to see if she is chosen as an extra with, "Just before the director starts power-walking down the line, the back door of the gym cracks open and my jaw falls as Jake Harrison steps in, no security guard or anything. Just him. Alone. My heart starts racing again, and I wonder how much excitement one person can take in a day. I'm glad there's a solid wall behind me in case I faint." This description continues with a buildup of whether or not Jake will choose her. This was an enthralling scene that captures your attention. I would recommend this book to my friends since most of them are pre-teens also and they would understand and relate to this book. It would not only be good for pre-teens but for someone that wants a suspenseful or funny book. This book brings together some really great components of a good book. Wendy Mass really knows how to capture the reader, especially those in their "tween" years.

Nice story.
This author can really reach her target age group. I read this to my granddaughter every night at bed time and she absolutely loves it. It's the second in a series of 4 and all are well written and even enjoyable for me as I read them.

SUCH a good book
Finally by Wendy Mass is such an amazing book, complete with humor, more humor and the loyalty of friends. I like how Wendy Mass made Rory seem like a real girl instead of just an unrealistic heroine. Right from the first page of this book you know you are entering a fabulous tale. I probably wouldn't have stopped reading if I hadn't had school and other errands. Definitely a good book for kids around fourth grade.Bella, age 9
