Great new way to can.
This is the second instant pot I have bought. My first one is smaller and I can pints in it, this one holds quart jars. Makes my life so much easier.

Easy to follow instructions-start pressure, cooking a few minutes after you open the box- cleaning is easy-the unit itself is adorable and fashionable.

It has a hinged lid!
Just purchased this as replacement for a different brand. The directions are not always clear and have left me trying to figure out the lid. It’s really simple to just open and close the hinged lid but, doesn’t really explain how to get lid off/on the base or wether it is supposed attached for cleaning, slow cooking or when the glass lid is being used. This is my 3rd electric pressure cooker and I’m hoping it is more serviceable than the first 2. Will update review with experience.
