The souls is very narrow for this shoe and very hard against the foot. I understand because its to make you taller. for the price it is good but I reccomend people put these underneath a soft soul to ease the pressure.

I'd like to say that this is a wonderful insole. That would be a lie, but I'd like to say it all the same.This insole suffers from numerous faults - firstly, the insole is not wide enough. I am a UK size 8 (US size 9) and there are significant gaps on either side when you place the product in your shoe. There is no support for your arch or sole - you might as well fill your shoe with oddly shaped socks to achieve the same height-increasing effect. The stackable insole feature works in the flimsiest way possible, locking together with all the vigor of a dead man on the way to his hanging.Overall, I would purchase this product if I had a large amount of cash burning a hole in my wallet and I had recently gotten bored of lighting my bank notes on fire. I was skeptical at first because of the pictures displayed but when the product came it fits perfectly in my shoes and it's very comfortable aswell. You actually get the feeling of getting tall and I measured my height after that and actually added 3 inches to my height. But you need high tops shoes for that otherwise your foot is going to fall out. You can adjust the height levels as well if you just wanna do 1 inches or 2 inches which is good and value for money👍

Feet get a bit sore after wearing them for a few hours and they don’t fill up the whole shoe. About a 1cm gap each side when in the shoe

These are great, exactly what I needed! Was able to use two (not three) in my boots as the boots aren't very high top, but it's enough for a boost and made the boots more comfortable. The soles are a bit hard, clearly not memory foam or orthopedic but that wasn't advertiser either. Having walked half a day in them I am very pleased.
