Works great!
Installed this on my custom rig, it worked pretty well up until I switched cases. I'd recommend it for blue cases only, I don't think it would fit any other color.

You get what you pay for and for $20 it’s worth it.
I was unsure if it was a good idea to purchase one of these for a custom HTPC which was actually built years ago. The controller was really purchased to add a bit of “flair” to the front of a pretty much bland looking case. That being said, I think the controllerIs worth the $20 or so dollars I paid for it. No, it’s not the greatest looking lcd display but in my case it serves its purpose. I did consider spending more money on a “better” unit but in actuality after reading the reviews, those aren’t really that much better. Let’s face it, if you want something that is built really well and does everything perfectly be prepared to spend a significant amount of money for it, not $20.

Lacking Features
Here are the features:- Clock+ Alarm- HDD Activity Light- 3 Fans Control+ Power for fans+ Speed control of fans (low, medium, high)+ Reporting fan movement (note not speed just movement)+ Temp controlled fans (supposedly)- 3 Zone Reporting+ Temp. Reporting (C or F)+ Temp. AlarmAt any given time the system reports the time, HDD activity, 1 fan\zone information. The display is difficult to read because of the "backlight" is constantly illuminating the whole display so it's washing out the digits.Upon holding this in my hand and seeing what it actually does I'm less impressed with this.

More Pretty than User Friendly
Works as described, but is impossible to view from an angle. I installed this in a rack-mounted computer to keep an eye on system temperatures from my desk. Unfortunately when you get too many degrees away from looking straight at the display, it all becomes a glowing mess. It can monitor three different temperatures simultaneously, but there isn't an automatic way to scroll though these on the display. You have to manually select through them using the buttons. You can select between F and C easily. The instructions are mostly in Chinese so some intuition and experimentation definitely helps. Overall I'd say it's nice eye candy but isn't that user-friendly.

Not just a pc fan controler
Simple to install lol if you use it for a pc.However that's not what I got it for i use it to controller fans on a 3d printer and it works great

Not the best use of $20
If the display had been even remotely readable I would have felt I got my $20 worth just for the date and time along with the rough temperature readings in something that DOESN'T use actual system resources. Don't rely on the fan speed controls at all (use your MB controls), and only use in applications where you will always be looking directly at the display and nothing else.

Get's the job done.
The media could not be loaded. It get's the job done! Little upset by the length of the Molex (4-Pin Power) Cable. It very easily pulls of the pcb if you're not very careful during install and I had to use and extension on mine in order to keep the wires nice and tidy. The temps are about 95% accurate and works excellent for temp control and give's your PC a bit of style! You get what you pay for, If you want a perfect LCD screen (Slight angled screen bleed) you can pay 5 times more but if you want to control your fans and keep track of your temp this device serves the exact same purpose.
