Q: What is material handles are made of?

My other Henckels knives have nice, smooth hard plastic (polypropylene) handles. These also are plastic but it are not as smooth, don't have the same hard feeling and lack the rounded corners. They are just generally cheaper feeling.

Q: What is the best way to sharpen these knives?

Isually you dont have to sharpen serrated knives, that's the whole point of them, but I use the work sharp Ken onion edition and the blade grinder attatchment, with the stropping belt to touch up serated knives.

Q: what is the length of the knife - both from handle to tip and blade length?

Handle to tip is 8 3/4". The blade is 4 1/2".
