This actually works quite well
Of all the devices that I have purchased, both expensive and cheap, this little thing has worked the best. Go figure. It is the ONLY thing that has allowed me a comfortable position for my neck. i have literally spent thousands of dollars, and this inexpensive little guys actually works!I only wish that the actual blue foam padding was thicker.Buy it!

Necks tight? No problem!
I have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and multiple herniated discs. Neck pain is a 9/10 daily. I needed to "give my neck a break!"This is a great product!My only con is it's really and truly only meant when your laying down. I thought it would be something I could use while driving, or seated upright, but the design isn't really meant for it. Which is fine by me because then mommy can get a timeout, and go lay down for a few. It's really good at relieving neck pain, you can feel the discs opening a bit, and getting a break. I truly love this product and will be using it however long I can!

Neck pain relief
It's hard to balance on a hard surface, it's to narrow and unstable. I don't know if my neck is just not the average neck or what, it offers little relief. I have many diagnoses in my upper back, neck, and head. Maybe my curvatures are just wrong for it? I do use it when I am in lots of pain with other things and it lessens my neck pain and headaches, SOMETIMES.

I have my cervical disc herniation. I have been suffering for a long time. Therefore, the lumbar disc herniation also turned into a hernia and performed surgery. It is said that it is not necessary to operate the neck, but sometimes my hands got numb, severe headaches, tinnitus, and very strong neck pain. I also went to a lot doctor. The pain did not go in half, but it changed with this product. Wow!!!!I do not recommend using for a long time, but sometimes I slept and used for several hours. Now,1 month over use. My numbness and pain are mostly gone.This item is more than this price.Thanks seller.
