Q: can I make .125" joints with this kit?

It does not come with a .125 spacer but you could make one. It could be made of metal or hardwood perhaps and you would have to find a .125 upward spiral milling bit. Do not use a rabbiting bit.

Q: Is there any horizontal adjustment to make the tongues wider or narrower

The jig comes with 3 keys: 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch. You can probably fabricate other sizes in between, but the jig is not big enough to accommodate much lager keys. They have another jig for that.

Q: This picture doesn't match the one on rockler's site -- is this an older version? which one will i receive if i order it?

They only make two models, this one and the XL version which also does 3/4 cuts. There is no 'older' model.

Q: I have a milling table and the distance from the strawberry to the rail where the rockler box joint is squeezed is 13.5 cm. would it be worth my table

Router Table Compatibility: Near edge of router table's miter track must be between 4-1/2'' and 6-1/4'' from the center of the router bit
