It features one Silicon Carbide Synthetic (Coarse) Stone (150 grit), one Natural Soft (Medium) Arkansas Novaculite Stone (approx. 600-800 grit), and one Natural Hard (Fine) Arkansas Novaculite Stone (approx. 800-1000 Grit) mounted on a wood triangle that rotates in a wood base holder. The end of the wood triangle is labeled for easy stone identification and rotating your stone is no problem in the wood base provided. Also included is Dan's Honing Oil. All Natural Arkansas Stones work best with a lightweight mineral oil because it suspends the metal particles produced by sharpening.
