I have not been able to get up in the morning without using my enhance in years.i also used ventolin almost every 4 hrs dsily. Since I have been taking zazzee I no longer use my enhalers. I can go all day without an enhaler. I am extremely happy with this product.

works but does not seem to last, have to keep taking it or the wheeze & phlegm comes back, so i'm taking it more often than recommended, but it definitely helps. going to try some other similar products when this is used up, do a comparison study. i think the reason it works for some and not for others is just the differences in us physiologically, like how covid kicks this person's arse, but not that person's arse. yeah, i know, different strains play a role, but even within strains, it affects people differently. also, maybe one's lung support needs vary from someone else's, so the ingredients in some other product may work better. it's allergies for some, smoking for others, etc. and maybe even some combination of things. i know i have allergies even in the fall and winter, don't know why other than in fall, when leaves falls, there is a dust from them that i suspect activates some allergies for some people. the only time of the year that i don't have sinus, chest, breathing problems is Jan to Feb and that is only if I don't get sick, catch a cold or something. it's worth a try if you have breathing issues and the only way to find what's right for you is to do what i am doing...try several until you find what helps the most. I will update this but it will be awhile since I have targeted some other bronchial products with other ingredients also touted as good for bronchial problems and most will last about a month, so once I have tried several, i will update with results for me in hopes it also helps you. good luck!

I'm going to go back to the other brand I already had on hand. I wasn't taking those capsules because they were to be taken "between meals." I wanted to take something "with a meal."I had seen a review here written by a man who vomited as a result of taking this mullein pill. Clearly, he was part of a very small minority of users. Much to my surprise, after taking my first pill with my evening meal, I vomited.So, this brand of mullein supplement is not for me.

I have been doing resistant training for decades and never had such large increases in reps and weights. By the third week of use, my reps were up 30% to 100%. Resistances were up 20% to 30%. Additionally, I am observing increased muscle size in my arms. No adverse side effects are being experienced.
