I ordered just one set to check the quality and I was so upset. For 2.7k, quality of packaging and content is bad. Rod holdes was missing, screws and brackets was scattered throughout the carton. Looks like its refurbished or used product. Thank God I didn't order for my whole house in one shot.

The product looks nice but the finishing was not upto the mark. for the price they are charging the curtain rod holders were very weak. I had to return the product since my curtains are heavy.

Good sturdy rods but brackets are made of plastic and very flimsy....broke during install....should provide sturdy brackets at this price range.

Good product, looks elegant, preferred to get a professional to install. Quality of the paint coat could have been a bit better. The extension mechanism works fine.

I couldn't believe how high quality these were for the price (about $35 at the time I ordered for the 52" - 144"). The color is as described and pictured which was great to go with some very hard-to-match hardware we have in our bedroom. Both rods in the set are substantial--thick and heavy. The brackets have an elegant look and nice feel and the set comes with all of the necessary mounting hardware including anchors if desired. We were able to hang the rods at the 52" length using only two of the mounting brackets, though each rod set comes with three (two outer and a middle). Even the packaging was exceptionally high quality, with each rod encased in a long box and held fast in channels through several foam blocks. In contrast, other curtain rods I purchased in the $30 range were generally shorter, about half the thickness and far less strong, and simply delivered in a plastic bag. I wish I had taken compare and contrast photos. Overall incredibly pleased with the quality of these: I would have no concerns about using these rods at the full 144" extended length. The only downside is that the curve of the bracket can make these difficult to install with an electric drill/screwdriver so be ready with your hand tools. I may seek out more to use in other locations in my home! Highly recommend and can't beat the price or value.

color is more of a metallic greyhardware it came with: the support stick out INCREDIBLY far. looks. terrible. we ended up going out to buy different ones to hold the bars.would have returned but didn't feel like dealing with a return

We have 2 windows that are 110 inches wide and theses rods worked well for us. We also have a shorter window in the dining area that we installed a 3rd rod in. They were pretty easy to put up, just mark and drill a few holes for the brackets it was don. The only issue we had was that one of the brackets was broken. But since we only needed 2 brackets for the smaller window we were able to use the extra bracket to replace the broken one

This curtain rod is definitely a charcoal dark grey color as stated. Not the same color as the picture. I'm going to use it anyways because it's the only one going up in this room but if you were trying to match it with other finishes in your home, it would be difficult. Upon installation, the rod itself is fairly strong however the screws it came with were terrible. I used my own screws and will paint them with a dab of nail polish so they match.

the product is all frayed in scratches I took two and both of them are ruined very ugly
