Took it out of the packaging put new batteries in it. No programming needed works out of the box.

This worked perfectly. Pulled it out of the package, put batteries in it, and it immediately worked. So easy!

Great replacement for my original TV remote (Westinghouse RMT-11). The remote is just as pictured in the listing. It's slightly longer than the original (a little less than an inch probably) and thicker at the bottom (gradually increases and is about twice as much at the bottom as the top) which I think gives you a better grip. It also seems to be a little easier NOT to lose this remote in the chair cushion! The buttons are arranged a little differently but everything is there and it was an easy adjustment for me. The price was very reasonable. It worked perfectly as soon as I put batteries in, no programming or set up required.

It says just put the batteries in and it should work. I have tried numerous batteries and can not get this remote to control my Westinghouse TV. There are no instructions online for reprogramming, all other instructions involve buttons or a light not present on this remote. Smh
