I love the size of the pain. It can feel heavy to move around but it is nowhere near as heavy as my cast iron. It seems the ceramic coating can scratch just from other dishes near it after washing! So far the scratch hasn’t affected the cooking but it is worrisome as I don’t know if the coating will act like teflon does and continue to flake off or deteriorate the pan.

…big hot spot in the middle. I have a ceramic stovetop and wonder if that’s the problem. Was going to return it, bit got sick and missed return deadline. One more worthless nonstick skillet!

I am very picky about the pots/pans that I use, and I absolutely love this one! We make sure to use it on low to medium heat and let it cool before cleaning. Had it for a few months and it still looks brand new!

Sooo easy to clean

It's a good sized skillet-so I can cook a variety of foods in it!
