Good introduction
A good introduction if you have never had any experience, contains a comprehensive review of the different dimensions you should keep track off. However, I do not recommend using as the only source

This book covers the full life cycle of small business acquisitions and illustrates key areas through practical examples. The appendix section includes Indication of Intent and Letter of Intent templates that can be useful for anyone interested in buying a business. I think this is the best resource on the topic of Entrepreneurship through Acquisition in the world at the moment and I would highly recommend it.

A very good explanation of what happens before, during and after an acquisition. Simple enough for anyone to understand. Highly recommended.

Heel goed leesbaar en toch voldoende diepgang in de inhoud. Sommige zaken zijn mogelijk wat moeilijker te implementeren buiten de Verenigde Staten, maar zelfs dan kunnen ze inspirerend zijn.

Absolutely stupid. Insane to see HBR “sponsoring” such poor content

well structured and well explained will need some adaptation outside of the US
