We have a Tiki bar and are always on the look out for good bitters. Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters has a wonderful aroma and taste, leans to the cinnamon side but is more complex than just that. I am going to try it out in a Teriyaki sauce for my next BBQ.

The bitters have a unique aroma that's reminiscent of a tropical paradise and are expertly balanced, adding depth and sophistication to cocktails. They can be used in a variety of drinks, including Tiki classics and modern creations.

I wish I could find this locally, it cannot be described how good it tastes in bourbon!

I've been building up a home bar over several years and this bitters has become something of a staple for my tiki cocktail recipes. The flavor is strong enough to come out over a citrus-heavy mix without being overbearing, and can help even out some of the tartness in the right proportions. My guests and I both definitely noticed the difference when I added a few drops to a mai tai!There is no way for a small household to go through all five ounces unless they love to entertain (or drink heavily), but that's also led me to do some experimenting with it without worrying about waste. Would definitely suggest picking this up if you do a lot of citrus- or rum-based mixing.

Perfect for Tiki Cocktails, but also great for all sorts of other cocktails as well. It smells amazing and adds the perfect spice* to any drink.* It's got lots of fun spices, but it is not spicy hot - just want to make sure that is clear.

Tiki bitters makes an for an excellent Sharpie Mustache and I will experiment more with them for other tropical coctails as well. The packaging is nice & i like the dropper. $$$ is only reason for 4/5 stars.

I love these bitters for both leaded and unleaded cocktails. One squirt in the bottom of a glass topped off by a neutral Kombucha, express some lime oil from a swatch of peel and you have an upgraded coke with no negatives. It's livens up a classic Manhattan or Old Fashioned, and of course its perfect in most Tikis. Love this stuff.
