Heel pads cushion your heels from pressure when walking. Great for heel spurs! I could hardly walk because of the pain from a heel spur until I found these pads; now I can jump and run if I want. Get enough for all your shoes. They do flatten after some use so be sure to order plenty. I've tried others and these are the best.

These claim to be "space age" foam, whatever that is lol. These aren't even the same height! It doesn't matter much as they squish down to nothing. They are not memory foam. I use a foam heel cushion in my altras so they are not a complete zero drop, but this does me no good.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and a broken heel and using these in my shoes and slippers helps relieve the pain a lot. My puppy chewed up the last one I had and I was so excited to find then on Amazon. As long as I know I can find them online, I will continue to use them. The are very sturdy and it takes a long time to wear them down.

These are so flimsy. I purchased some from Publishers Clearing House and they were real memory foam. These go flat and stay flat. Buyer beware.

in the past, these heel pads were excellent, when they were available in the local pharmacy. When they were no longer available to purchase locally, i went to the internet and Amazon. The heel pads I have received in the last 2 orders looked the same, but did not truly have the memory foam. Either the heel pad are very, very old and your vendor has done a gross purchase of outdated product, selling as new. OR, the vendor has repackaged substandard similar product, trying to pass it off as the real thing. The pads work for about 1-2 hrs, then flatter than a dime. I do not recommend purchasing this product but rather looking for an alternative at your local stores.

I have been using this project for years, could not even remember where I bought them the first time. I have them in all my shoes bought new ones only because I got tired moving them from one pair to another. They used to come 4 in a pack but everything else got more expensive I still bought them because they are worth it.

I do not recommend this heal cushion. When I put it in my shoe it felt fine but as the day went on, I just felt like I had something annoying in my shoe. At the 6 hour mark, I was finally able to take it out of my shoe because it was useless and noticed that it was flat as a board. When I got home, I noticed that it did not puff back up like other memory foam products I have.In my photos, I attempted to show you what the pad looks like before it was worn and what it still looks like the next day which is when I took the pictures. Sadly, it still has not returned to its shape like memory foam typically does.
