MUCH DARKER than supposed to be
I have personal beef with this color!!! I have used Igora vibrance many times, this is the first time purchasing this color. I have dark brown hair with a caramel balayage. When it starts to get too brassy, I usually tone to try and get some of those orange tones out before my next hair appointment normally I end up with a really nice result, but this color literally turned my entire head dark brown?! how is that even possible with a level 7? My highlights are barely visible, and pretty much blend in with my level three dark brown roots. I'm pretty pissed and I hope that this washes out and doesn't completely ruin the $200 plus I paid for my balayage.
