Excellent reliable cable with thick winding. No phonation, no noise, no broken connections, well assembled and reasonably priced. Recommended for purchase.

This is a really nice cable. I would guess I will have this for my lifetime. At 16 AWG, it's very hefty. The connector housing is all metal. Has a small spring at the base of the housing to keep tension off the cable when being bent at a severe angle. The connector is gold-plated. The connector housing can be unscrewed if for some reason you ever need to work on it. I doubt you will. The connections themselves are actually further protected inside a little clear plastic tube which extends down into those springs that I mentioned. You can see the soldering, and it looks great. Like I said, I expect this to be a lifetime cable.This is the TRS (balanced/stereo), but I have their TS (unbalanced/mono) from the same product line as well. Build quality is identical.

Wow, super quality. The cables lay out flat and forgiving seconds after you remove the twist ties. Amazing flex and rubbery jacket not vinal or stiff coil memory. Made me pay more attention to this brand. Wow, these are beefy!

These work great for my home studio speakers. No him from the wires, seems heavy duty .Well made it seems with a decent price!

These cables from Monoprice are much thicker than I would have imagined just from the pics available on the sales page. The end points are solid, clicking nicely into wherever I need them to plug in. The one factor which prevents me from rating the cable a full five stars deals with the way the jack screws into the outer sheath at the end of the wire. It does not take much to unscrew the end piece, as evidenced a number of times when inserting and then removing the TRS ends from hard to reach places. I found that I would accidentally unscrew the sheath which left the innards showing.With that being said, I would still heartily recommend these cables just realize they are best plugged in and left alone.

These are good balanced patch cables at a good price. When I first hooked up some gear including these two cables, a hum was present. Turns out something else was the culprit, but a diagnostic step included testing these cables. An ohm meter test showed they were good, including checking for weakness in the twisted pair signal wires.
