Q: is it possible to stand on the straps when lifting?

The 54" Resistors are intended to be used to work on the total body - biceps curls, tricep extensions, squats, sidesteps etc - and yes, you will stand on them to perform some of the exercises. Thank you, Iron Chest Master Support Team
