Have had it for a year now. My daughter loves her DVD player . headphones went out after a couple month's. Headphones could have been better quality, but the dvd player is great!

Does not work. Seller is not responding to my request for a refund or replacement.

What a hunk of junk to put it politely. We have owned this unit for a little under a year. It has only been used in the car in a headrest mount a handful of times, removed only to charge and even then put in an area where our child cannot get to it.It only took a couple of months before the charging port barely keeps the charger in it anymore. Why companies still use the micro USB port even though everyone knows these are junk and prone to bending and breaking, is beyond me.Recently I have had to physically move the laser inside to get the player to even read the DVD multiple times. But even when it does start to play, any little bump in the road can cause this unit to stop playing. I think part of this problem is that the door to the DVD area doesn't seem to be closing as tight as it did when we first got it, along with the charging port issue. We have pretty much kept the same DVD in the unit this entire time so it's not like the door has been open and closed a lot.The DVD player itself is loud when spinning.For how much we have used this thing (2 long trips and a handful of shorter trips), it should not be breaking already. Save yourself the headache and go buy a different company because this is a serious hunk of junk.The only positives I have is that when it does work, the picture is good and the sound is good. That is it.
