Very low volume, useless
I really really wanted to like this product. It is cheap for a reason. The sound is so low you can barely hear it. The person I was speaking to on the phone was SCREAMING and I still couldn't hear her even in though I was in a silent room with no background noise. I tried moving the ear bud in my ear and the adjusting the distance between the earbud and the receiver but nothing improved the volume. I am returning the product.

Terrible product I received it when I tried to use it it was broken not only that but it got stuck in my ear! I had to go to the emergency room to get it taken out! Terrible so unhappy. Then when I tried to express my difficulties to Amazon they denied me of my refund and DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm not sure this is worth what I wanted it for. I work a desk job and want to discreetly listen to podcasts without anyone knowing. Don't judge me I do my job! lol... Its completely hidden and I feel like it's totally the right size to get away with this. However, the sound quality is very poor. or maybe I'm losing my hearing and it's just me. It feels like the receiver piece around your neck doesn't transmit the signal that well and there's a little static. I have to practically put it up to my ear to have the sound be loud enough. the room I'm in has to be really really silent and it's clear that this isn't what this was meant for. But if you're a spy and you need to communicate with a Charlie's angle for the price it works fine.

Works for me!
Not sure what all the one stars are about. This earpiece worked exactly as expected. I received the earpiece, two batteries, and an induction loop. After using it a couple of times I discovered a few things that are worth pointing out:1) CLEAN YOUR EARS. This is a very small and low power device. Therefor to get the loudest sound it needs to go in fairly deep. Getting it stuck was not a worry since it comes with a small transparent line that sticks out so you can pull it out from. However I discovered that any small amount of ear wax will clog the speaker grill and mitigate the sound making it almost impossible to hear out of.2) BATTERY LIFE IS SHORT . Yes the battery will run out in less than 4 hours of usage but then again, the battery is the size of a grain of rice. You can't expect a battery that small to last more than a few hours. So for what it is, I think it's great.3) STAY CLEAR Of ELECTRONICS. At least as much as you can. I noticed during my testing some interference when I was nearby several electronic devices and almost none when away when I stepped further away from them. Ultimately with my laptop on my lap, phone in pocket, and nothing else within at least 5ft of me, I had no interference issues with it.Granted, even with these little annoyances, I decided to give it 4 stars because it honestly met my expectations and worked for my use.

Looking for something to listen in
My wife goes to bed and puts her hand up to here ear and she lays on her side and she make sure she’s laying on that side. I can hear someone talking like a radio I can’t make it out. It’s a man’s voice I said, do you hear that and then she starts coughing real loud sound up and then she says that she’s dreaming and she answers and coughing was like yeah She says I’m crazy if I got any particular house so she’s talking to somebody help me. She has control of all Wi-Fi. She has control of all the phones and she’s always hiding something. Every time I walk in the room I can’t figure it out drive me crazy does anybody have any ideas please

The sound was very soft and hard to hear, Then 5 mins later I got a high pitched squeal. I never contacted the seller to get it replaced, it wasnt worth the time.
