hi, the size is 00 , sorry for the delay. but i dont recomend them, there are some gel capsules sold by "YOUR SUPLIMENTS.....gelatin capsules". with this product, you can garantee that you wont get capsule failure. with the ones you are asking about, i had multiple capsule failure, like over half of them failed to close up properly and i had to re do them or just swallow half a capsule, not nice with herbs. hope this helps tony
