The book is in black&white. There are NO pics of the food you’re making except for 4 pics in the breakfast recipes. Also, there are repeated recipes with different spelling of the recipe name. ALSO…not ALL recipes are Egyptian food. I know because I AM an Egyptian. I returned the book. Will just call my mom everyday for recipes
