It is okay
Not the best of the qualities but I guess okay for the price paid.For me, rubber was a bit too soft and kept slipping out when used on the hardest strength. Didn't see any difference in the strength even after using a long time. Hand grips are perhaps a little better than this but this is my personal view.

Promised 6 choices for the weight but the package only has the black rubber which has 3 weight options
