Q: Is the lettering etched into the metal or just coated on?

It is etched, and I’m really pleased with the product, especially considering the economical price.

Q: I just need the word "Logan." How large will the font be? In the preview it looks so tiny.

I believe you can tell them the font size. I did a name and a second line and it was fine

Q: I wanted the "name" to be larger than the "business name" like in the ad. When customizing, i dont get that option, is it automatically done?

The name came larger then the business name, although I wanted my business name to be largest. But it's still ok.

Q: I want to use only one line. Will they adjust the size of the name and make it big where it takes up the hole space?

I just checked the customization & line 1 & 3 are optional so you can have just one line. Try entering the name you want on line 2 & check it out. Good luck?
