This handy, compact Energizer flashlight is a great fit for taking on the go in the car or having on hand for work around the house. The aircraft aluminum body was not expected, but has a very cool and quality feel. I would like to see both ends have a similar design or simply an extension of the body for better ascetics. The ends feel like they have a bit cheaper construction than the main part of the light. The light is very bright as they are LED's, but the different options from pinpointed to broad through flashing are all great options to have in a torch. I love that this is Energizer branded and that it comes with Energizer batteries as well. Body of the flashlight certainly has some heft to it which I think is ultimately a good thing. I received this as part of a product test. I have and will continue to recommend this light.

It’s a great size, small and easy to carry. The light is brilliant and bright. The adjustable brightness is nice to with the two settings. And also the flashing mode. It’s really a perfect flashlight.

I purchased this to keep in my flight bag. Reliability is obviously very important for a pilot, especially in night operations. This was the second one of these I've purchased, the first from a source outside of Amazon. This unit was intermittently faulty from the beginning. Unscrewing the end cap and back on seemed to help the batteries connect and the light would work as advertised, which by the way was very bright and nice. Shortly thereafter however, no light operation at all. Rinse and repeat. The intermittent failure gradually grew to a 70%-30%, failure to operation mode respectively. Since it was an occasional use tool it's outside of Amazon's replacement window so now it's a paperweight. Because it's another item I've purchased on Amazon that seems to fail in similar ways, I will not purchase again.

This flashlight, and its baby-sized counterpart, are, without hyperbole, the best flashlights I've ever used. First and foremost, this model is insanely bright. You have to see it to believe it, and since it's so bright, all your neighbors can see it as well. It'll illuminate a football field COMPLETELY (no exaggeration, I have literally done it). There are no animals that can hide from my gaze at night while walking the dogs, and in a pinch, I could help land planes if need be while using it.It doesn't eat through batteries either, being very economical in their use. Some flashlights get scolding hot with prolonged use, but not my boy here. It gets hot, but never unreasonably so.It's super durable. I dropped it a dozen or so feet at work once onto concrete with nothing more than a scratch on its metal exterior shell.The only downside I can say about this flashlight is that carrying it around, as a male, can sometimes garner some humorous glances from the ladies as it is, without question, an impressively sized phallus.All that aside, I have bought four of these models to keep I am so impressed by them.

This is an absolutely wonderful flashlight! It is slim, lightweight, and powerful. It has 3 lighting levels including an emergency flashing mode. It has an extremely bright & powerful light beam that cuts through the dark like a knife. Its perfect to carry in a purse because its lightweight and slim. I have never seen such a powerful beam of light from a flashlight this size! Its incredibly bright and the light is extremely focused and puts out a big wide beam of illumination. I really love the 3 levels of light to choose from. Especially the emergency flashing light feature that would be perfect for getting attention from far away at night! I will definitely buy more of these to put in my vehicles and carry in my purse. Great product and great price!

It was great when it worked but it often either wouldn’t turn on or would cut off during use. Finally had enough and threw it in the trash.

I am very pleased with the Energizer Vision HD Performance Metal Flashlight-- and perform it does. With 400 Lumen, it is stronger, brighter and better then any other flashlight I have owned. The 6 inch size is a real plus, not heavy but very compact and light enough to carry with you, tuck into a convenient place like a back pocket, hang in a closet or stow in a drawer. The rotating illumination size, brightness and flasher give you a great choice depending on the conditions. This flashlight is perfect for me, when lighting up the backyard while taking the dog out -- always mindful of coyotes - it's a great warning signal for me. The flashlight while compact, feels sturdy and has just the right weight in your hand. The etched sides make it easy to get a grip on, no slipping from your hand. I really like this flashlight and will be purchasing additional ones for other members of the family. #GotItForFree
