I actually ordered these from the Mountain House website before I knew Amazon had them. Anyway, the texture of these is amazing....it's like the airy, dry, crunchy, puffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture of a butter mint, but instead it's peanut butter. The texture also kind of reminds me of the marshmallows in Count Chocula cereal, but it's not marshmallow. It's actually kind of like Frittle, if you've ever had that. I love that there's no refined sugar, just honey. I know it's not technically Paleo, but it's pretty close, especially for a sweet treat. Anyone who likes peanut butter powder (aka powdered peanut butter) would love these.
