I bought this for my husband for a Father's Day Gift. It arrived just in time. It was packaged good. He wears a size 13 and his feet fit perfect! He loves the pumice stone in the middle. The turning knobs kept falling off on the first use. They just snap on, so not sure why they were doing that. They haven't done that since now.The heat coil is not in a good place, as if the massagers are on, he states they push his foot forward, and then his toes hit the heating element. However, he continue to use this, and I will be using this too. It is pretty big and bulky to store. But what do you expect when you have to fit a big foot in it? Comes with a direction book and is very easy to use and set up. Definitely would recommend this!

I really wanted to like this unit but the cons out weighed the pros. The water level was great, nice and deep and the shower feature was nice. Massaging unit feels like hard plastic rocks under your feet and pushes you feet up against the front of the unit. Unless you are using it outdoors and have a hose It took about 4 small buckets to fill so I had to make 4 trips to the faucet which is problematic if you have back or hip issues. You have some very low bending to do to use the handle which is painful if trying to pull across carpet. Had to double up my sofa pillows to sit high enough to be comfortable. Knees are too high up even if using a chair. You have to lift the unit up sink level (filled with heavy water) for it to be high enough for the hose to drain which at that point is easier to just tip it over and pour it out which makes the hose useless. I started the returnprocess. The seller provided the return sheet that goes inside of the box but no postage paid label so I have this big box sitting in my living room all packed up waiting for the sellers response praying that this will not be yet another headache to add to the cons list for being willing to give they’re product a try. Good customer service says a lot about a seller and allows you to be comfortable purchasing from them in the future. I will update with customer service experience.

In two hours of use a nylon gear was stripped by the steel worm gear of the motor. Very poor selection of materials.Customer service took care of me right away, as in a 100% refund. They are working to supply a replacement gear even though their responsibility ended upon return of funds. I'll use a lubricant renown for it's effectiveness in protecting plastic gears. If not satisfactory, I'll find a supplier in China to supply a suitable replacement.

Only problem for me was if you have larger calves it's pretty tight, wish it was larger towards the top, everything else was perfect!

The media could not be loaded.  I use this for pedicures in my nail room, it works really well, comfy and has a drain

Keeps the water nice and hot and the rollers feel good to your feet. It's a little hard to get your feet positioned over the pumice stone in the center but all in all a good foot spa. The bubble feature is nice but I wish it had a few more bubbles.

I was a little worried because of the bad reviews but after I used it I’m glad I took the chance. It’s so relaxing and easy to use. My old bath would get cold and the rollers were manual rollers. The rollers on this one are kind of hard but i guess they used hard plastic so it would last longer. I ended up falling asleep and the rollers rubbed on my foot too long lol but that’s my own fault and not the products. If you’re looking for a great foot bath that keeps the water hot this is it! The water ended up being too hot at 108 and I had to put it down to like 96 degrees. In my opinion that’s a really good thing because when winter rolls back around the water will be hot enough.

Works well and feels even better. Love the fact that it keeps the water hot! If you're on your feet all day you gotta get yourself one of these.
