This sucker packs a punch!
My first steamer was from big box store. I’ve been hooked on steam cleaning ever since. This little machine packs a mighty punch. It doesn’t lose steam power and my baseboards can’t hide dirt anymore. Makes light work of cleaning what I hate to clean. Blast the doors and baseboards (carefully or it’ll take the paint off) and the dirt just flies away. Then wipe and you’re done! This steamer cleans better than the big box purchase (that has since died). The smaller reservoir doesn’t last as long but you can refill while using. Only gripe is the short power cord and there isn’t a trigger on the handle. You have to turn machine off to stop steam....but it powers right back on. No delay. Instant steam! Love it!

Buyer beware
buyer beware. Very poor quality. Very dangerous, the hose gets extremely hot and can burn you if you're not careful. The wand does not stay on it becomes lose. And mostly blows out steam without noticeable results.

Best hand held steamer cleaner to date
I have been on the hunt for a steamer to clean my parents home. They have COPD and I try to keep chemicals to a minimum. This is my fourth hand held steamer cleaner I have purchased in my search, and I have to say I am pleasantly pleased! This tank holds a lot of water, which makes the cleaning time so much longer than other brands. In addition, there is NO await time for heating up and cooling down. Flip the switch and within seconds, you are ready to clean. Ran out of water? Turn off the machine, fill back up, and start again, without having to wait for it to cool down and decompress.4/5 stars mainly due to design flaws. I burned my fingers on the gold tip, as it gets REALLY hot and I gripped it the wrong way while doing grout. Also, the hose gets pretty hot as well. Lastly, the cord to plug it in could have been a smidge longer. If plugged in on my counter, the cord is too short for the container to sit on my floor.I definitely recommend this over any other hand held steamer though. It is not frustrating to clean with, like others I’ve tried.

Low quality, overheats, blows fuses.
Worked great for a few hours and then failed after 2 hours of use. Constantly tripping fuse, resetting by cooling down and then refuses to work. Junk.

Gets the small tough jobs done!
Originally wanted to steam 12 years of wear and tare off my kitchen wood cabinet doors, but for a first test I cleaned up 15 years worth of caked on dirt and grime from my old Hoover industrial vacuum canister and hepa filter container screen. It came out spotless and looking like new! With the extension pipe I got into nooks and crannies I never would have reached with just my hand. Stuff I probably would've ended up scratching the plastic trying to get clean. Took a moment to get going, but nothing to bad. Puts out a good amount of steam for small jobs, had to put the nozzle right up close for the pressure to work on the really caked on areas and went thru it like butter. Hit my finger tips a couple times with the deflected steam, but wasn't hot enough to do any harm. Then again I'm used to working on hot engine/transmission parts with my bare hands. Few seconds doesn't bother ya. Not exactly scalding hot. I used a couple bottles of spring water, as I'm not about to buy distilled. I hear adding a little vinegar helps the process. I'll try that when I tackle the toaster oven tomorrow. I wanted to try this one out for its size, I'm limited to where I can hide the nifty household gadgets. All in all I'd say it's worth every penny. So long as it lasts a while, I'm a happy camper. I've got a whole list of things lined up for this little gem. Tub and tile grout, bathroom sink formica surface, built up black soot on old ceramic propane fire pit logs, built up grime around door knobs, fish tank and equipment, pond, fountain and water fall nick nacks that have been out in the weather for years, the door seal on the old dish washer and if it ain't broke by then.... My 30 year old Zayer's special Grill Master. I like that its very light to hold, but the cord and sprayer hose are plenty long enough to set it down anywhere your cleaning. I've also got some old lawn furniture that has that green algae tint on the legs that this would make short work of. I bet you could steam clean an engine real nice too, without harming any wires or hoses. Has many many applications. Wonder how well it would do on tough carpet stains with the wet/dry vac to suck out the dirt, would make life much easier than having to set up a big carpet steam cleaner just for a small area. I'll be back for an update once I get all these odd jobs taken care of. For now, looks like it's well worth the purchase.

Grout!!
The media could not be loaded. This is a game changer for cleaning grout. I've tried manual scrubbing, a drill with a brush attachment, and a power washer before buying this steam cleaner. This is by far the best and easiest option. Probably any steam cleaner will work, but I like this one for several reasons. One, the water tank is pretty big, and because the steam is powerful, you go through water fast. I went through 1/2 gallon of distilled water in probably 30 min. Two, I like the tank being separated from the spout by long tubing. Not having to hold a unit that looks like a tea pot is lunch less tiring; I was going to buy the Bissell steam shot until I could no longer find it for sale, but now I'm very happy I did not, because this model is much less cumbersome for long jobs. Three, a LOT of steam comes out. I did not have to scrub all at. The stream blasted the mildew and discoloring of the grout in no time. I've tried other steamers that are weaker and they don't do as good of a job and require more manual labor. However, I think this machine uses a lot of power as my lights on the same circuit flickered and dimmed when I was using it. I've only had this one day, but if it doesn't last long, I will definitely buy another.

Meh in quality, but decent in power
Nozzle loosened up on first or second use. I can not use the brushes because of it. It's small plastic male threads in female brass threads. It's bound to happen. But now that we know this power is the bare minimum when we buy one that isn't so crappily made.
