Lock stuck...
I bought lapo product for my main door, thought it may have great quality....Packaging was pathetic, as when i get it my carpenter fix it on my door.Within week as when we open lapo locked door with key or knob its main latch stuck and wont come out. For that i have to open the whole system.After fixing it again on door same issue happened....Must say think b4 buy...Very bad experience
