This is a very compact, solidly built, extremely bright light! I wasn't sure what to expect since the price was so reasonable, but after reading so many positive reviews, I ordered a set. Shortly after I received them, my daughter and I had to use our new lights in the woods at night while hunting, and they worked flawlessly. The beam can be focused, and it is incredibly bright. One of the best features of this flashlight is its size, in my opinion. The flashlight is compact and can fit in your glove box or backpack with no problem at all. I also like that they run off AAA batteries, so you don't have to worry about charging them. These flashlights are light and don't take up much room, so this is the one if you need a well built, compact flashlight!

I love how bright these flashlights can go in dark places! Easy to recharge, fit easily in my hand and my purse! Great switch use and hidden charge port! So easy to use and convenient to keep handy for emergency situations! I bought the twin pack for me and my hubby! I love that we each have one to keep us safe

I purchased these as a backup light for power outages and for use when I'm outside after dark. I like being able to replace the batteries and continue working. It's much faster than recharging a battery. My pocket flashlight gets more use (and has a rechargeable battery), but these lights see some use as well. They're sufficiently bright and very convenient.

I wanted a smaller flashlight with more lumens for when I walk our dog at night. This flashlight set got pretty good reviews and the price was reasonable, so I placed an order.It arrived quickly and I was impressed when I took one of the flashlights out of the box. It felt sturdy but because of the size, isn't heavy. Easy to grip and has a strap for holding. When I tried it that night, the brightness was amazing compared to the flashlight I had been using.I walk our Pommie every night, usually for about 15 minutes, sometimes a little less. I noticed by the second week of using the flashlight that it was dimmer than the first few nights of our walks. I waited another week before changing the batteries because I could still see ok with it. Once I changed them, I could see what a difference that made!Though it seems as if a flashlight should be able to remain at a really bright level for longer than 3 hours, I suppose that using AAA batteries while using at the brightest setting makes that unrealistic. I originally used Amazon batteries; it currently is running on EverReady batteries and the brightness seems to last a little longer.Bottom line is this---I like the durability (have dropped on the street with no breakage), brightness, and weight; a little disappointed in how often I need to change batteries but that wouldn't prevent me from purchasing again.

We like the bright light, portability, build quality, and ease of use of this product. The product is made of quality materials and is durable. It can be dropped and still work effectively. It is powered by AAA batteries. It can be carried in pockets, purses, etc. and works great when lighting up dark spaces, when there is a blackout, and/or when camping. We are uncertain about how long the batteries will last at this time when this flashlight is used. However, the quality of the battery will definitely play a role in its long-term usefulness. This product is a great value because of its price per unit and quality.Customers like the brightness, functionality, and build quality of the flashlight. They mention it's small but powerful, comes in handy during blackouts, and is reliable. Some appreciate the value for money and size. Customers are also satisfied with the weight and ease of use. However, some customers differ on the battery life.

I've been very happy with these small flashlights; they always work perfectly. Now---the 2 larger flashlights from same brand have been a total disaster. They also looked like well made high quality flashlights that used a cartridge that we loaded with batteries, they quit working and no matter how we tried they never worked again.

Good little flashlight. Small enough to put in a drawer or my purse but good amount of lighting. Good value for the money.

Following is the letter I just sent to GearLight:My first purchase of GearLight product was about 3 years ago when I thought your 2-pack of Zoomable Tactical Flashlights looked promising. I ultimately found more use for the zoom feature than I had imagined, and light was incredibly bright.Based upon that good experience, when I needed some emergency lights, I tried your LED powered Lamp Lights with Magnetic base and Foldable Hook. Another WOW.I don't make it a practice of purchasing untried products in packs of 2's but, based upon 2 previously excellent experiences, I ordered a 2-pack of LED Pocket Pen Lights. After inserting the 2 AAA batteries and flicking them on, I was amazed at how bright such small flashlights could be. That's a solid 3 out of 3 for GearLight!!!But what particularly topped off the experience was the warranty card included in the package -- that if there was a problem, it would be addressed within 24 hours and that there would be "hassle free replacement" with "no return required".Your LED lights are now a staple in different rooms in this household. Thank you for such a wonderful and dependable product.
