Reliable high-amp smart charger — perfect for LiFePO4, lead-acid, and more
I bought this charger to manage multiple types of batteries — from deep-cycle LiFePO4 for my solar setup, to AGM and SLA for automotive and backup power. After testing it on 12V and 24V systems, I can confidently say: this charger does its job exceptionally well.⸻✅ Pros:• Wide Battery Compatibility:Works flawlessly with LiFePO4, AGM, SLA, and Gel batteries — I’ve tested all of the above. Charging curve adapts correctly and charges to full without overvolting.• High Output Power (20A):Finally, a charger that doesn’t waste my time. It charges even large LiFePO4 banks quickly. I used it to recharge a 280Ah battery from ~30% and it handled the job with ease.• Smart Modes + Repair Function:The pulse repair mode brought one of my weak 12V AGM batteries back to life (it was stuck at 10.4V). Not a miracle, but definitely improved performance.• Clear LED Display:Shows voltage, amperage, temperature, and mode. No guesswork — you always know what’s happening.• Good Safety Features:Built-in protection against reverse polarity, short-circuit, overcharge, and overheating. I tested it with wrong clamp order and it just blinked — no damage done.• Silent operation:No loud fans or annoying coil noise. Works quietly even under 15–20A load.⸻❌ Cons:• The clamps are decent, but feel a bit light — they hold fine, but I may swap them out for industrial-grade ones for long-term use.• The interface could benefit from English-labeled buttons instead of just icons — takes a minute to figure out the mode switching.⸻🧠 Final Verdict:If you’re managing LiFePO4 solar banks, AGM starter batteries, or even boat/motorcycle storage units — this smart charger is an amazing all-in-one tool. I’ve bought more expensive brands before, but this one offers similar performance for 1/3 the price.Stable, powerful, versatile, and safe — highly recommended.

A really nice battery charger for AGM and LiFePo4.
Works perfectly for charging standard AGM and LiFePo4 batteries. Lots of good info displayed on battery condition, charge rate, and voltage. Five stars. Note that the fan is LOUD.

Simple and works
My new favorite charger. I was skeptical that something so small could push 20 amps, but according to the built in display it regularly hits 16A+. The fan moves a lot of air, but I don't think it's unreasonable for such a small package. I can feel it moving a good bit of heat and it turns off when it's not attached to anything.Main thing I'm happy about is it doesn't do a mandatory 10 minute desulfation/testing cycle at the beginning of every charge like one of my 10A chargers does. Sometimes it doesn't matter but sometimes I want to start charging immediately - I frequently use this to keep a car battery from dying when I need to have key on engine off for an extended period. I appreciate having some control over the charge, something omitted from a lot of "smart" chargers these days. I can also select 5A, 10A, or 20A for 12v batteries which is nice. This is exactly what I was looking for.The only con I can think of is that the charge percentage seems to mean nothing and it usually just flashes 80% or 100% regardless unless a battery is completely dead. I can get a good enough idea by the charge voltage and current so I don't mind that much.Update: I see it sometimes pushing 20A, then back down to about 15-16A when the battery is nowhere near fully charged (and can take 40A+ as verified with another charger). I suspect it's throttling itself when it gets a little too warm and could just use a bigger fan but I haven't spent too much time investigating it. I may try giving it some more air to see if it'll maintain a higher current. Also have been testing the repair feature on a couple batteries with issues and have seen good results. It probably can't bring back a trashed battery, but it does seem to help a weak one. I first tried this feature on a Noco charger and didn't notice much difference, but I think that's because the Nocos will turn it off after ~4-5 hours (which isn't the worst idea especially for routine-ish maintenance), while this one will run until you stop it or it thinks the battery is fixed. How does it decide that? No idea, but it's only stopped itself on one battery that I've used it on so far. I let it repair one for ~9 hours a day for a week straight (under supervision!) and saw improvement from ~300CCA to ~550CCA and holding higher voltage at rest.Last thing. I noticed some reviewers mentioned the cables pulling out of the plug at the charger and exposing bare wires, and yes the first one I bought is developing this issue. I'm watching it closely and will be making a repair or retiring it when it starts to get questionable. I've since bought two more of these and noticed the plug has been updated to prevent this from happening. Also my newer ones modulate the fan speed according to charge current (and temperature I assume), so it seems like they've been upgraded all around.Update again: Changing my rating because after buying a 4th one (yeah I know) this version seems to have gone back a step. Will not attempt to charge batteries below ~7.5v, just sounds of relays clicking (which old ones didn't have) then shuts off and says it's full. I originally said the new version doesn't float and that seems to not be entirely accurate, but it is different than before. I'll be doing some testing on that...
