Sturdy stool for the price
Took a gamble and purchased this stool from amazon at a $30 dollar discount due to damaged packaging. The only damage found was a crack in the plastic tool tray, which was by no means a deal breaker. A little epoxy on the under side and its good as new. The seat itself, is very sturdy once assembled and rolls pretty smooth. There is an adjustable foot for leveling the stool. The cushion feels good on your bum. I'm a pretty big guy, 220lbs and the cushion doesn't flatten out when I'm sitting on it, but the vinyl covering on the seat feels kinda cheap. I am a painter in a body shop, and this stool will be getting serious use and abuse. Only time will tell how it holds up. But for $55 bucks, it's worth a try. I think it's a great concept and when I'm prepping larger jobs, like trucks, it will be very useful. Saving my back by sitting while sanding lower areas, and having the stool functionality for hard to reach areas. Beats standing on a milk crate. Hope it lasts. As for the assembly, it's pretty straight forward, but as others have stated, do yourself a favor and do not tighten anything until you have it together. Some bolts required some persuasion to line up. But once together, its solid as a rock.

Not As Pictured But Works Great
Overall 4 stars. Fairly easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough for my purposes. The casters are quiet and look like they will last a ling time. I’m using it inside on a concrete floor in my art studio. My only complaint (thus minus one star) is that, as other reviewers stated, the cushion received is not the same design as photos. Prior to buying, I tried to contact the seller (no email or message link), so I called Amazon to ensure it was the same as pictured (I have my reasons :)). They said there was no way of knowing, but they would arrange a free pick up return if I wasn’t satisfied with the one I received. I agreed. The cushion I got IS different than pictured, with yellow and white print instead of all white, and the design is different. It has a motto printed on it as well. (See upside down photo).I’m going to keep it because the creeper / step stool is exactly what I needed. I just think Amazon and the seller should correct the images to reflect the actual colors and design.

Will be getting a lot of use at the Ford dealership I work at
So far after putting it together, it seems to feel very durable and heavy duty. The casters roll very easy and the seat is very soft and won’t make my back hurt like my old craftsman rolling chair. The only thing I disliked about this product was that I was hoping to get what was in the picture and I received a different seat cushion than the one shown on the picture online. I would have given the full 5 stars but I feel 4 is appropriate because of the different seat cushion shown in picture.

very poorly made!!
So first thing i found out of the package was one of the plastic caps on the side of the front caster was busted in 3 pieces. 2 pieces found laying in the bottom of the box later. Then there was two of the pre-drilled holes were not threaded. I did not have a Die and tap set available so had to drill holes all the way through the square tube and use nut and bolts to attach one side of the Warning plate. If you get this also be sure to not tighten the bolts until you have all the square tube assembled. Tighten the seat bolts first off is ok. But still had a lot of issues with the two Phillips screws on the front side of the seat brackets not aligning with the threaded holes either. Also i had to drill one hole through the steel step plate as it was so far off i cleared the miss drilled hole by 5/16"!! If you are not mechanically inclined to fix the mistakes than do not purchase this! I'm a maintenance / mechanic professional and still took me about 45 minutes to get this together. Once i did it seems fairly sturdy and rolls very smooth. I question the inset threads on how "sturdy" they are. We will see. Supposedly this is for a 350lb load limit.

Excellent.
Excellent. Put it together in 20 minutes. You will need a Phillips and a socket set. For those who had a hard time, if you don’t tighten everything all the way down until the end, assembly is a cinch. The seat pad is different than the one advertised but I actually like this one much more.

Wheel broke within a few months.
I had this item less than a few months. Wheel bent over the last month. I am now in the process of looking for a new stool. This one is junk and that's the kind of garbage companies are selling now days. It's called "built-in Obsolescence" only these people purchased worthless casters, so this item didn't last even a summer.

Great seat & stool
Great seat & stool. Sturdy step (read: big guy approved) and has an adjustable foot to allow you to get things perfectly level. Rolls easily around the shop on its big casters and your butt doesn't go numb after sitting on the seat for more than 10 mins. Literally 1/2 the price of the tool trucks for the same product. Highly recommended!!

Easy usage, comfortable, lightweight.
This is so much better than what I've used in the past. Seat cushion is much more comfortable, (and bigger/wider) the wheels move with ease and in the direction you want them to go, compared to other manufactures. Appears to be very durable, but not heavy at all, easily take in/out of my SVU.
