Why did you pick this product vs others?:Easy to install, (hell the foam ones were more difficult to uninstall). Very comfortable and as someone with glasses, it forms around my ears very well.

Comfortable and cool! made the headset much nicer to wear for extended periods of time.

Wore my headset for about five years with the stock cups before getting these gel cups. Needless to say, the original ones were beyond clapped out. Even after wearing them for five minutes with the stock cups, my entire left side of my head would be throbbing. This new Pair is gentle where it needs to be but rigid everywhere else and has a good seal. I’m not worried about the seal being disrupted with glasses on either. Solid stuff.

I have both the m31, and m32 headsets. Initially started out with the m32 and after testing them for about a year I decided to get a set that didn't have a cord hanging off. I originally bought the earmor gel pads. I thought they were great! Until I got these, all I can say, in all seriousness these are much better! I RSO at the local range so I'll spend hours with earmuffs on. After I picked up the pad for the strap across the top and these particular gel pads it's just about perfect. You do not get any additional sound mitigation, but the comfort level is so much better. And better than the factory earmor gel pads I've been using! I highly recommend these. As I wear them I'll know the durability later on. Installation was super easy with no issues.

Super comfortable gel pads that absolutely blow the OEM ones out of the water. Incredibly comfortable in hot or cold weather and actually forms to the shape of your skull. If you use M32s for any reason at all, you're missing out if you don't get these!
