Missing parts can’t assemble
The media could not be loaded. 6 poles arrived and that was it, no bolts to assemble it with and missing poles.

Not sturdy enough for our requirements ..Do not use this shambles of a companyThey still have not refunded the money they took even though I used their processes and confirmation from the PO and my bankI had to purchase a different item that was more upto standard and spec they are giving amazon a bad name..
