The best I’ve found so far
On my 3rd buy for these. Best price I could find on here for 16ft! I live in Southern California and it’s 115 degrees this week. They really make all the difference in cutting back heat at the window. AT THE WINDOW. This is how window tint works; the heat from the UV rays is trapped at the tint, thus heating up the window glass. Otherwise, the UV rays will easily penetrate the glass and bounce all over your room creating a human toaster effectively. So for the reviews that are worried about double panes glass breaking from this collected heat at the tint, that’s a little over-cautious. Its more likely for a rock from the lawn mover shattering that window. Anyway, as long as you pair this with some window curtains or blinds you should completely satisfied in the heat reduction. I’ve included a picture of a window I did Home Depot tint on vs Yzakka tint. Although the HD tint($30 for 30inchx6ft)on the right blocked more light and made the room darker, less heat was being captured at the windows and if I put my hand about 6 inches away, I can still feel head radiating into the room. HD wanted $50+ for their UV blocking tint, this one as it turns out was labeled for “privacy.” Now the Yzakka tint does let in a little more light, but the outward visibility looks more high definition in my opinion. Less distortion, and more of a blue hue to it. Again, heat was virtually stopped at the window with heat radiation felt only as far as an inch or two away.If window is prepped properly(VERY IMPORTANT) and the tint is installed correctly, there shouldn’t be any peeling or bubbling issues. I’ve had my first batch on for about 5 months in a room with a ac fan and flip flopping weather and it still looks great. Thanks for a great product guys!

Disappointed
This film arrived with wrinkles throughout the entire roll of film. The wrinkles did not squeegee out, and I think that led to poor adhesion. I put up 4 panels of film; 2 panels fell down the next day, a 3rd one fell down 3 days later; the 4th is peeling. The film is heavy, very dark, and the view through the film is cloudy. I've wasted 3 hours of time and $60!

No Issues! Not as much heat reduction as I hoped.
I didn't have any issues installing these. I premeasured my windows and cut the film about a half inch short on each side just to give me some wiggle room. I SOAKED my window with water before applying which made it super easy, as this allowed me to move the film around while it was on the window, I used a squeegee to remove all the excess water. The reason for four stars is that this doesn't provide as much heat reduction as some others stated. It's maybe 2 degrees cooler with the tint on which is why I bought this in the first place. It's super easy to take off and reapply just spray way too much water on the window before you try to stick it!

Great product. Be careful when measuring though
The tint looks great and was easy to install. Word of advice though, get a roll that is wider than your window on one side so multiple pieces are not needed as it it almost impossible to hide lines between pieces. Also when measuring, leave 1/2" extra on all sides then use a blade to trim to size once installed. This ensures no gaps or odd angles. Also leave at least a 1/16 inch gap between the edge of the film and the frame of the window so that you can push the water bubbles out.

BEWARE Mirror Finish
If you're looking for a mirror finish on the outside, this product is for you. If you simply want to tint/darken windows, look elsewhere. My use was to darken my garage door windows, the mirror finish on the outside isn't a good look. As for the quality and application, it goes on well like most tints (which can be tedious), but wished they had mirror-finish in the description.

Quality control needs work!
Decent product for the price, however I did have some problems. The roll was cut way too short, so I cannot complete all of my windows. The roll was supposed to be 16.4 feet long and is only about 12 to 13 feet!!! Additionally, some of the film was damaged, it looked scratched like the coating came off.Other than those quality issues, the product worked as it was supposed to. I recommend using a lot of water on the window before applying, it makes the installation much better, easier, and a better finished product. Be careful when squeegeeing since this stuff scratches incredibly easy. I used a credit card with some adhesive felt stuck to the edge to make sure it didn't scratch as much. I installed this on two big doors, and I worked from top to bottom in the middle section first pushing everything down and to the sides then did the same on the sides pushing everything gradually outward. It takes patience but the end result is good if you do it in an organized fashion like this.

measure twice cut once.
Excellent product, easy to install. Measure and get the glass clean. Keep the glass wet with soap and water spray. Use a soft squeegee to lay down the film and remove excess water. Watch videos on install if you have never done this. We note an immediate reduction in heat from the sun on the windows that we treated. South Florida Sun! Very pleased!!!!!!

Is not smooth looking on the windows
Looks good from the outside but from the inside not so much .The film has stripes that run up and down on one side and smooth one the other half. You can’t smooth them out they are in both rolls.I would not buy this again or give recommend this product .
