I have crohns and dont absorb much of anything so instavit has been a God send for me. I take the multi vitamin and vitamin D and I finally saw my labs change for the better because I was FINALLY absorbing the vitamins I was taking. I didnt mind the taste at all. It reminded me of the Flinstone vitamins I had as a kid :)
