I tested it with a bucket of water (20L). It drained within seconds.So the pump is efficient.Float control device works well. It seems that it needs water level of atleast 10 inches above the unit. The float control device will shut down the power below this point. That is good and safe.It is worth every penny spent. I am loving it.I got this to drain the soak pit as there is no drainage system in my place.I will post additional information after I installed the whole system as I have planned.

Too bad product. No water pressure. Product quality and material quality is too bad.

This product is light weight, good cable length given, highly useful to empty UG sump, stagnated water due to rain or some pipeline damage. Overall good product
