Great fan for the price!
This was basically the most inexpensive fan of its kind that includes ADDRESSABLE color LEDs on it for a cpu like what we have. We have an Asus Z270 motherboard and a 6th gen i5 cpu that uses a 1151 mount. Thus works for the 1151 mount just perfectly. I also preferred this to other fans on here because of the black heatsink where almost all others was silver. This looks snazzy and fits perfect! It came with a small pack of thermal paste to self apply and that was easy. It plugs into my case's RGB controller box so when I press the LED button on my case it changes the ring on the fan to match the big fans on the front of the case. There are others on here that are static and stay 1 color or rainbow and are not addressable bit THIS one is addressable. Ran it through the ASUS bios and it runs just fine, I have it set to 40% speed up to 40c and then 60% at 60c and 100% at 70c+ and have not seen the cpu go over 42c in all honesty. Great price, looks good, blavk heatsink, comes with thermal paste, it is addressable and plugs into the motherboard or rgb box. Perfect item!

A Great Cheap Fan That Looks Good Under the Hood.
I had to replace a more popular CPU fan I recently purchased for my media center PC and the case vent is right over the CPU fan but it was not a variable controllable fan (3 pin) so I had to replace it with this one, it had similar height clearance and its a tad cheaper. This fan come with two attached cords, one for the 4 Pin connector and the other I am guessing for RGB stuff that I did not connect. I didn't think the LED lighting was going to work without that second connection but it did. Even though I am not a big fan of LED lighting in cases, this one is not overwhelming and it actually kinda looks kewl coming out the top of my case. But more importantly, it is super quite especially during idle. It does become noticeably louder when gaming but I am OK with that, as long as it is keeping my CPU cool enough to keep gaming, which it does. I am glad I bought this and would buy again, a great cheap fan that looks good under the hood.

Stylish, Affordable, and Functional.
This is the perfect affordable option for an RGB cooler on a budget, with fully addressable RGB that will function even if not connected to a header/controller. To test this cooler's effectiveness, I mounted it up to my Intel 10400F open test rig (it's an entry-level cooler, so I figured I should test it using realistic parameters) at an ambient temperature of 24°C using default power options in the motherboard and in Windows 10. The CPU idled at 30°C (6° over ambient), which wasn't surprising or impressive, as that chip clocks down during idle. What was very surprising is that after a thirty minute stress test using Cinebench R23, the CPU stabilized at only 68°C (44° over ambient) with the fan running full throttle - same test with the Intel stock cooler had the CPU peaking at 85°C (61° over ambient). The noise factor was quite acceptable for an air cooler at this price point. It's marginally quieter than the stock Intel cooler even at full-bore, although there is a very mild but noticeable hum when running even at the lowest speeds - you're going to get this with pretty much any sub-90mm CPU fan though in my experience. All in all, I'd highly recommend this for any non-K Intel i3/i5 CPU. Obviously if you have the resources for a faster chip, you'd have resources for a more robust cooling solution, but this isn't looking to fill that role. This is a cooler for entry-level gaming systems, and a very good one at that. Will definitely buy again.

Great for tight spaces
Love this cooler. Put this into a small micro atx case looks and works great. Good thermals.

Works Great!
This thing works great and it's affordable! I used this CPU cooler for a Z490 chipset i7-10700K build and it's quiet, sleek, and keeps the temperature low. If your motherboard comes with ARGB software it's very easy to get this thing going can even turn on settings if the bios supports it. It gives your computer a nice clean look IMHO. For the price, you can't beat it.

Easy to install, looks cool, helped cool the PC I was working on by 40 degrees.
Was working on my stepbrother's gaming computer which was an old prebuilt gaming rig. The water cooler had broken and was completely unmountable to the motherboard. Bought this as a cheap replacement and it fit in the low-profile case without issue and has a cool look to it. Fan is about average for noise level. Went from overheating and shutting down to a cool 40 degrees Celsius.

Very Quiet!
It does exactly what it says it does, cools CPUs! Unexpectedly this shipped with a small packet of thermal paste (didn't use) but good to have for those without some on hand. Helpful hint: At first I thought it was broken because I couldn't get the LEDs to work. There is an empty space between the outer jacket and inner connector overmold, and I kept sticking the pins in there (my bad). After making sure the actual connector was seated on the pins I didn't have any more problems. I almost gave it four stars because of this, but then I remembered the price to value ratio and kept it at five. Fan is very quit, both the fan speed and LEDs work great with my ASUS motherboard.

They are pretty nice and cheap
Easy to install cool’s effectively lighting is good. Airflow is about on par with a stock intel cooler and the colors look nice it does work with on board motherboard RGB softwares, I purchase these specifically to breath life into old pcs and sell them to someone as an entry level pc people love them.

Make sure you have an aRGB header (connector) on your motherboard first
It's a nice looking RGB fan, very quiet, large heat sink. Just make sure you have a 5V aRGB header on your motherboard, because if you don't you will need to buy an RGB controller for the LED's to work.

Awful mounting bracket bent the motherboard. Poor thermal transfer
Two major problems with this fan: 1. The bracket is poorly designed and creates an arch on the reverse side which will **bend your motherboard**. Hopefully people catch this before it permanently damages an expensive main board! 2. Poor thermal transfer: Mounted on an i7-12700k. Even with on optional contact frame/thermal spreader, the CPU was still hitting 90C during soak testing. Replaced with a Hyper 212 and thermals dropped to 75C under the same load. Avoid this fan and spend a few extra dollars on something that is designed to work with your motherboard and CPU. Do NOT trust this fan to protect your modern, expensive hardware!!

Not strong enough
Bought for a 12700k, had to buy something stronger as it was near or at 100 degrees celcius while gaming.

Happy with my purchase
Super easy to install. Fit well on my 7 years old 1150 socket. It drops significantly average temperature from 65 to 45 degrees C. Meanwhile it sounds almost nothing. Absolutely love it ❤️
