I bought this for my 3 yo. We played adventure and medic with the supplies. A very cute set to teach exploration and first aid!

I bought 2 of these. One for our 3 year old grandson & the other for our grandson due in January '24. Our son in law is a Ranger.

I got this plush dog for my daughter who absolutely loves it. Like all Melissa & Doug toys, it’s made with high-quality material and attention to detail. It’s definitely a fun toy that my daughter enjoys playing with.The plush dog is large and lovable, with soft fur and a cute face. It comes with a safety vest, protective shoes, and first aid gear that can be stored in the vest pockets or clips. It also comes with a play walkie-talkie with sound effects, bandages, wipes, a play treat, a certification card, an activity booklet, and a collectible medallion. The walkie-talkie needs two AA batteries (not included).My daughter likes to pretend that she is a rescue ranger with her plush dog. She likes to dress him up with the gear and use the walkie-talkie to communicate with him.This plush dog is a great toy for kids who love animals and adventures. It encourages imaginative play, creativity, and empathy. It also helps develop fine motor skills, language skills, and problem-solving skills.I highly recommend this plush dog to anyone who is looking for a fun and educational toy for their kids. It is well worth the price and makes a great gift for any occasion.

The little dog is a search and rescue dog. It comes with so many little things to help him search A Walky talky , some bandaids , special boots and a belt to help him carry his supplies. So fun to help him do his job.

My granddaughters are 2.5 and just shy of 4 years old. The 2.5 year old loves her new pal, “Ranger”! The 3 year old played with her for a short bit and that was it. The toy remains a favorite for the toddler though. She has put his boots on at least 100 times in the past two days! Her empathy overflows as she cares for her pup.I have always been a huge fan of Mellssa & Doug toys. They are high quality and open the doors to imaginative play. That, to me, is a huge win for all children.Todays price on Amazon is $24.99 and I find that to be very fair for our newly adopted friend and equipment.

My kids will not set this down! The puppy is so soft and the shoes on the puppy surprisingly stay on very well. The medical pack fits around the puppy’s waist and my toddler’s - the velcro is placed in a way that allows for both which is really cool. The toy led to a discussion with my 4 year old about the purpose for the tools the dog had and what a rescue dog’s job is (she didn’t know that some dogs have jobs). The accessories are fun. The “walker talkie” has also been a hit even though it’s not fully functional the only thing it does is make noise and light up when the button is pressed!My ONLY complaint was the little plastic play pamphlet for the animal tracks was extremely difficult to get out of the medical pack - I had to bend and pull it really hard to get it out, almost like it had been sewed after the little toy was placed inside.

My niece loves coming over to play with our dog so I wanted to get her a dog that her parents would approve of. The dog plush comes with a ton of accessories that she can use when taking it on adventures. All the accessories feel well made and have a surprising amount of details on them. The dog plush is a good size for a toddler to carry and is super soft. The dog plush and most of the accessories can be used without any batteries. However, the walkie-talkie requires 2 AA batteries that are not included. The packaging of the toy I received arrived all smashed up but everything inside was fine.
