This is large, heavy duty, and the real deal. Understand that this is a big piece of wood. The flat side is great for sliding a pizza into the oven to bake and the scored side helps guide perfect cutting of each slice. It is very ease to clean.

Sand this before using!
I love this, not only because it cuts perfect pizza pieces but it’s also easy to get my cauliflower crust pizza off my cast iron pizza pan. I like that it is layered to a point in the front to easily scoop the pizza off the pan. So far it doesn’t even have a stain on it and I’ve used this for just about a year now. I do oil it every few months.The negative: One thing I suggest they do to make it better: sand it better. I did see a lot of little slivers when I opened it up, so I grabbed sandpaper, lightly sanded it until it was smooth and oiled it really well. If they did this, I would give it five stars.
