I am totally loving it....so easy to operate 😊😊, it has made our mopping an enjoyable & hassle free experience.Fixing the parts was also very easy ...the instruction leaflet was quite helpful. The height adjustable feature of the mop is very comfortable to work with. Cleaning of the buckets is also very easy. Great product, good quality, easy for storage as the bucket splits and stacks on top of each other, mop head good.A little annoying that you have to keep clicking and unclicking the bottom of pole to mop and then to rinse out but getting used to it

Starting leaking from bucket in 3 months. The spin mechanism also broke

After a year of weekly use, I noticed the pedals to spin have started to rust and get stuck and have become quite loud. While the product is still good and does the job it becomes quite tedious and I am sure there are much better versions of this in the market. Also, the spray bottle that came to fill up with floor cleaner was useless as the small amount it holds will finish after one use and you constantly have to refill it. The spray also broke so I do not use it anymore.Another thing is the mopping is quite irritating because the mop constantly falls apart while I am cleaning and it does not pick up dirt it simply moves it around.

Product is good but it has loose plastic fitting. If you try to lift it using even when it is empty, the handle provided with the item, it cannot bear the load and comes out. Product is good it does its job of cleaning and it water squeezing also works nice. Overall 4 star for the product.

This mop and bucket set is great! The bucket holds sufficient water whilst the dirt sinks into the groove around the edge. The spinning action dries the mop out really well so that you can dry the floor almost completely after mopping. The mop head itself is of good quality, and you get spares too. The plug at the bottom is a helpful feature to empty the dirty water without tipping it everywhere.

I am absolutely appalled by the mop bucket, not only does it leak constantly and has done for over 4 months. The handle also broke withing two months, you pay quite alot for this mop bucket for it to break within a year ... retailers need to look at the flaws with this particular mop bucket .. not worth the money

Love the sage colour! The bucket and mop was fab for the first couple of days until the handle snapped off whilst emptying the water! Today i mopped the floor and couldn't understand why my floor was soaking wet, only to realise the bucket was leaking. So dissapointed as this was pricey!
