Our contractor installed it for us so I don’t know how easy it is to do. But once installed, it works very well and looks great. It’s super quiet and works well with Alexa.

Love the fan but 2 things:1. The fan does not come with batteries, which I knew about, but as mentioned in the descriptions, I ordered the 23A batteries only to find out during installation that they require AAA batteries now. This must have been a recent change and I'm glad we can use AAA batteries but now I have to return the 23A batteries, which I have no use for.2. We live in a house built in the 60's. I hired an electrician to install the fans, however, it was quite challenging even for him and took an entire afternoon to do so and we still have to do cosmetic work on the ceiling. I don't think it's the fan's fault, more like the house but just so you know, this might happen to you if you live in a similar house.Overall, great fan!

Updated- customer service proactively reached out to me to see if they could do anything to help. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful! The breeze on the fan is really nice- this size maybe isn’t good for rooms over 20x20 but anything smaller it’s really nice! I had it professionally installed so can’t speak to thar but no problems with the install. Looks nice in the room as well. Five stars for how it works for the price and the great customer service.

A. It is a pain I the ass to get put up.B. The remote didn't come with a battery so now we have to go off the mountain to get oneC. The fan nor light are smart technology unless yoy pair it with the remote first.... making point B even more of a pain.I will update once we get a frigging battery for the remote.1. Got a battery from our local hardware store (another 20$)2. The instructions they send are wrong you have to use what they send plus what's in the video. (You have to power on from main source, hold in the light button for 5 seconds, when you hear the 5 quick beeps, press the (refresh/restart) symbol that turns on the fan. Once you do that and you have the app open and connect to small applian es>fan>wifi>it should pop up as a fan light.Only reason I gave a 4 star even after not g we thing a battery with the little remote, and the instructions are wrong, it works amazingly well with Google. I cam turn on and off the light and control the fan speed. And it is actually a lot stronger than I thought it would be. So I am in love.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this ceiling fan with a light to replace a semi broken 1 I already had (different brand) and so far it’s amazing.Pros:-Has a fan with light-Comes with a remote but can also function with an app on a phone-Light has 3 different shades (see pics and video)-Light can be dimmed-Light enclose is not heavy cause it’s plastic but still maintains a good look-Fan blades are plastic making them easier to clean and wipe down especially compared to wooden ones-Fan is not bulky but provides waaaay more light and airflow than the bulky ones I’ve seen-Fan has 6 speeds (after the 4th-6th speeds can be felt not only in my dining where it’s installed but also the entire kitchen and part of the living room)-Fan can be put on a timer-Fan is relatively easy to install for a ceiling fan if you’re replacing an old 1 at leastCons:-Haven’t seen any yet

Exactly what I needed. Got three of these and look great in my common areas. Great customer service, had issues with my initial purchase and a replacement was sent right away. Recommend it.

So the install isn’t terrible but when redoing a house built in the 1930s you have to make some adjustments. It took me about an hour for the install and about an hour to get the fan balanced close enough to perfect. Wish there was more balancing weights with this assembly. The reason for the two stars is because I have several ground fans that are 1500 cfm and this on high is no where near that 1500 cfm of airflow that my ground fans move. On setting six it is close to my fan that moves 500 cfm. It is super quiet to where you can’t hear it. Love that you can change the light hue and brightness but the whole reason of buying a fan for my kitchen was to move lots of air to help combat the build up of heat. I closed all windows just before writing this 5 min review. From sitting in my chair (photo taken above) I am already sweating and it is only 7 in the morning and already cooler outside than in here. The remotes take AAA X2 batteries which is nice that they changed it over finally from the other batteries. Hopefully this helps someone out with contemplating buying this unit. But overall I will be searching for a fan that is truly 7000 cfm to replace this one with.

I bought this fan for a new construction house. The electrician threw the box away with the remote so I was unable to use the fan. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement remote. They were very quick to respond, sent me a new remote, confirmed back with me to ensure I was able to get it working on WiFi. The fan is great too! Highly recommend!!!!
