This might be long, but stay with me .. I hardly ever write reviews but I had to on this one.I bought this because my finace and I play the video game Baldur's Gate where you can have a magic sword follow you around,and it kinda looks like this . So cute!!!First off, the packaging was so cool! I have a lot of piercings and have ordered from so many different places, and this hands down was the coolest packaging. It came in a little suitcase container which I'm definitely going to store all my tiny earrings in now. Plus the card inside the container had little measuring lines on it. I feel like I never know what diameter to get, and this will definitely help in the future.Next, people are saying the stud was too short.. I didn't have this problem. This came with two different lengths of studs. I ordered two of these, one is in my conch, and other my lobe. I actually used the shorter length for both piercings. Maybe that's just my ear, but I didn't have a problem with this. It was nice to have two length options though!Inside the package was two little "finger condoms" to help with gripping while putting the earring in. This definitely helped! I'm a grown woman with baby hands and I still struggle with putting in earrings sometimes, so those were rolled back up and put inside the container for next time. If you get sweaty while putting in earrings like I do, use them next time!It is a little tricky to put it because it is so small and is a back feed (the earring is put in from the back through to the front). After failed attempts, I found that putting it through your ear, getting the front inside the hole, then PINCHING the front and back together with your index finger and thumb then twisting from the backing NOT the front works best. I tried this earring in a few different piercings before deciding on a placement, and this method worked the best for easy install.Overall this is super cute, came in functional packaging, and wasn't too hard to put in. Buy it!

Love this earring! I’m super sensitive to most metals and this one hasn’t irritated my skin at all while still being super cute! It was a little difficult to get in the first time but now it’s not bad.

LOVE this helix jewelry! I thought my hair might get caught in it because of the dangling blood drop but it doesn't, and it's very comfortable! Would definitely buy it again!

Buy this if you want to risk losing your piercing. It snapped in my ear, and I almost lost my piercing. I had my last jewelry in my ear for 4 years and never had any problems. It’s super cute but the durability is a joke.

I underestimated how hard it is to change a conch piercing but I struggled. Had to have someone help me . I was afraid I’d get an irritation bump from too much poking trying to put the jewelry or bad material. It’s been a week and my ear is looking good no bumps or irritation from the jewelry!! Really love it 😍

I have been eyeballing these earrings for the longgggggggest time.I decided to get these even though I knew they would take up quite a bit of real estate on my ears. I really wasn’t sure how I’d feel about that.In the end I loveeee them so much! I definitely wouldn’t mind splurging on a 14k gold pair. As of right now these are my favorite earrings. Having so many piercings I didn’t b really struggle yo put them on. They are internally threaded so you have to twist the sword onto the post. If you do it REALLY close to a mirror you should be fine. They are comfortable for daily wear & even to sleep in. They seem to be good quality and durable. The color of the stones are just right. They are a deep red which is nice. I’ve seen other dagger earrings that have ruby stones and it just looks more pinkish instead of a true blood red. For the most part they do stay in place which is nice, and even when they move a little it’s not really a big deal. Just buy them you won’t regret it.

This piece was extremely cute until I lost it. It's not often that I purchase individual pieces like this, as I usually just buy a pack that I can switch out. I'm disappointed with this one, however. It held up well while I had it, and it came with two different post lengths, which was nice when my piercing was sore and needed some breathing room, but it was always very difficult to put the sword back on the post. This piece is the kind that screws on, but the actual part where the sword attaches to the post is so small that it never stayed in place and would pop out if not inserted and screwed in perfectly. It was also very difficult to clean my piercing with this in, so I had to remove it and deal with the whole process when trying to properly care for the piercing I had this jewelry in, which was completely healed. I lost the sword while sleeping due to its tendency to pop out if not put in perfectly. Overall, cute and cost effective, but not worth it if you want to clean your piercings often or hold onto your jewelry for long.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am religious, but I have a trigger piercing and I really love the mini cross here with the little diamond like peace in the middle. I also love how it is a sword, but it also looks like a cross unfortunately, I lost part of it and I only have the cross portion that screws in, but I don't have the part that it screws into my current hairstyle kept getting wrapped around and hung up, causing the piercing to loosen and I lost the other piece to it, but it is a really great piece of jewelryAppearance:I love how it is a sword, but it also looks like a cross because I am a spiritual person.
