This does help sleep when you can get it to work. You have to keep pressing multiple times to make it work

Opened the box, which I suspect had been previously opened, to find that the device will not charge and will not switch on. Returned for refund.

I was skeptical about whether or not this technology would actually work, so I bought a much cheaper one from a popular Chinese shopping app. It worked, but it didn't have a strap to keep hold of it & I kept losing it. So I looked on Amazon for an upgrade & found this.It has a little finger loop (the angel's halo) so if you let go of it when you fall asleep, it'll still be attached to your finger & won't fall down the crack of my ottoman bed. 😂It's quite a bit stronger than the cheap test one I bought. For some reason, I seem to get more sleepy the harder it zaps my hand. 😂The battery seems to be holding up really well. I've charged it once since I purchased it & I've had a good few nights of use out of it. It does still use the old style mini USB connection though, which I think lets it down a little, coz the super cheap one I bought has the upgraded USB-C charging socket.I love the velvety feel of the silicone cover. It's so soft & comfortable to hold. It just feels nice in the hand.You do need to hold it quite firmly in your hand to feel the pulsating effect. But I don't mind that.

When it works it’s great but it’s very on and off and you don’t know when this will happen!

I bought this for my daughter and wasn’t expecting great things, but I was wrong! My daughter has trouble falling asleep on her own and usually waits for me to go to bed before even trying to settle, even when she is absolutely shattered - she won’t switch off and constantly calls me.She’s had this for 3 nights and each one she’s settled and fallen asleep without me! I cannot say how happy I am to have this device. I very much hope it continues!If in doubt, just give it a try.

Essentially, it’s a mini, handheld tens machine. Which is something I never knew I needed until now. I use tens for various other things, but the fact this is handheld and wireless is fantastic.It’s a natural calming aid. I’ve only had it a few days and already it’s eased my racing mind to get off to sleep, along with helping to deal with overwhelm and anxiety during the day. GP’s should prescribe this before offering medication. It’s that good in my opinion.Following on from that, I’ve not yet used the other mode with the right hand, but I can wholeheartedly say that it would have been really helpful when I had to take medication that left me groggy in the mornings. I struggled to get up in the mornings and this would have been perfect to rouse you enough to get you going for the day. I’m sure there will be times when I will use it in that mode but right now, sleep and calm is what I need!I know there are slimmer, more expensive versions available but I personally, don’t feel the need for it to be any smaller. It’s like a comforting hand to hold and the cute design makes it that much nicer.So far, I love it.
