Bought as gift for 4 year old who opened it straight away and wanted her face done! Then every other child also wanted theirs done. I worry about skin reactions so only buy snazaroo.

I've tried lots of different face paints and was hesitant to spend a bit extra on this set, but delighted I did. Its very easy to use, goes on well. Vibrant colours and nice book with design ideas. Still on the go but have since added to it with some extra colours. Wouldn't buy any other face paint now.

I bought this just to mess about with with my daughter to be honest and it’s great for that. I’ve managed to do a half decent butterfly, cat and rainbow design. But she mostly just enjoys painting my face with random stripes! Not sure if it would be good for a more professional use - you only get small pots of black and white - but we certainly had a lot of fun!

I purchased these face paints to use at my daughters birthday party. Upon opening the box I was concerned at how small each pallet of paint was and was worried i would run out before decorating 15 kids faces. How wrong was I! The pallets may look small but the paint goes a long way. We had more than enough left over.Applying the paint was very simple and easy. I used a drop of water mixed in with each colour. I used the both the brushes and sponges and the paint went on effortlessly to the children's faces.I loved how each colour was so vibrant and stood out. The paints didn't dry patchy or crack at all.The paint dried fairly quickly and once dry didn't transfer onto any clothing or material. It stayed in place.To remove the paint I used a wet cloth and with one gentle wipe the paint came away. I was amazed at how easy it was to remove. No scrubbing with soap needed which can leave skin red & sore.Over all I am extremely happy with these face paints and will definitely be buying more in the future. 100% recommend.

This is the second time we have bought these, and my 5yo had no issues with her sensitive skin. The first time we used them we had some skin staining; particularly with the yellow and orange, but have since found ways around this: Start off with a freshly washed face and apply a moisturiser as a base (I use Aveeno). Don't leave it on for hours on end, the length of a kids party is usually long enough. Apply baby oil or some other kind of oil to the face and massage in, then use a damp warm cloth to wipe off. With the yellows and oranges I sometimes need to use a little face wash afterwards too.When you first get the product, there are little bits of cellophane on top of each colour, your face paints aren't dry and unusable, you just need to take the protective film off.Also, use a little water to make the paints last longer. We had ours for daughter's birthday in February and she used them quite often in play, and we have only just replaced them now in August.

Absolutely great pack, brought these for my little ones birthday party. Comes with great booklet of ideas and how to guide for them. The kids love looking through and choosing and the instructions are very clear. When I first got the pack I thought the colour pots were very small but a little goes a looking way and they're the gift that keeps on giving. I also thought the sponges didn't look great and tried using my own beauty blender but the sponges that came with worked alot better for the colours. Mixing water with them is super helpful.I'd buy these again for sure but I won't be needing to for a long time yet as they keep going forever.Fab set.

Really great a product. No issues with any irritation on any of the kids faces and easy to take off. Will buy again!

With this face paint set you get a small amount of all the basic colours and a slightly larger amount of black and white, two pots of glitter gel, 3 small sponges, one larger one, two brushes and a booklet with a few step by step ideas.This is all well and good, but the amount of paint given is very very little and I can't imagine would last very long. I have used the white three times and there's barely any left. The size of the 'palette' makes it difficult to get the sponges into the paints without mixing with other colours too.I would say this isn't very good value for money, yes there's a variety of colours and tools but not in large amounts. Possibly good for children to mess around with but other than that I'd choose something else next time.
