Great quality product. Strong and comfortable.Will hold up all night without needing to pump again. Easy to inflate and deflate with the built in pump. Definitely worth every penny.

Had this over 2yr now & is a great item, easy to use, nice little plug compartment in bottom & easy & fast to blow up & deflate being plugged in.. Comfortable & soft top side comes with little rubber sticker's incase of slight hole's.. easy to fold back up & put back in box for storing

I purchased this air bed as a guest bed for my daughter and to use whilst camping. My daughter has trouble sleeping however she has slept so well on this bed. It is very comfortable and keeps its shape perfectly. The bed is the best one I have ever purchased.There's just a couple of issues. I wish I had known how noisy it is when blowing up. The noise is almost unbearable to sensitive ears and the dog. There's a high pitch whistling as well as the pump noise. The 3 minutes blow up time seems to go on forever but once up it is amazing. Also be sure to use a good ground sheet or a warm mattress protector as the cold comes up through the mattress. Other than these 2 issues I cannot fault the airbed. The dog and cats have enjoyed it too. The actual fabric is thick and of excellent quality. It is very easy to fold up and pack away. I would like their to have been a build in ground sheet, that would've been even better. I am glad that I tried it at home prior to going camping.

This bed was purchased and delivered via Amazon on 25/07/2024 for our daughters occassional visit from France. She slept on it for 5 days in August and it was comfortable and had no problems. When she returned for a further 7 days of stay exactly 3 months later, the bed started to go partly deflated overnight. It then required pumping up twice daily. It has no discernable leak and was only deflated using the electric pump. No signs of leakage from the air plug. So either the seams or the plastic material leak.Totally unacceptable given its £85.00 cost. Amazon will not deal with a return despite it having 12 month warranty. The manufactuers state on their website, that if the product has been used, then the warranty is void. How are you supposed to know if a product is fit for purpose if you cannot use. This is a clear contravention of consumer legislation which requires 12 months warranty minimum. Amazon and its sellers need to stop taking customers for idiots. Also there is no way to speak with either Amazon or the manufacturer. Amazon call back system will not move on when you put your telephone in its so no call back. The manufacturer or seller does not have a telephone number. Amazon 0800 tephone number which is a Uk designated freephone code , states the following, This number cannot accept calls from the country you are calling from. Really, should I try calling from India or South Africa, of course the 0800 will not work from there either. So no customer service. They could not get worse if they tried. It looks like small claims court is where this is headed. Unless this email provokes a satisfactory response with a refund or replacement including all transit costs within seven days. I also require the Head office addresses to send the small claims paperwork to, in the event of an unsatisfactory response.

Delighted with this purchase! I did a lot of research and read so many reviews before making this purchase and I am thrilled with this choice!!So easy to inflate (inflates itself and the device is built in, so cannot lose it), it’s also a bit taller than I expected and so unbelievably comfortable!! We kept it inflated for few days and didn’t loose its shape! If you’re looking for an inflatable mattress, trust me when I say this is the one 🤍 great value for money

Inflated this yesterday for first use. Very well manufactured item, very quick to inflate and extremely comfortable to lie on. Minimal air loss,no more than expected. All in all a great purchase. Only slight negative was lack of repair patch in the box but have contacted manufacturer and hope they'll send one....just in case it's needed!!Update: customer service responded very quickly and turns out the yellow labels in the box are the repair pat he's so everything was supplied and manufacturer was very helpful very quickly. I pressed with their support.😊

The Bed is a good-looking bed, easy to set up and Im told comfortable. However It does need air every few nights.
