Perfect for blocked Nose
I purchased this to help clear a blocked nose after having a cold and the regular Sinus Rinse would not clear it. Only needed one packet to clear the Nose.Note This is not for the first time user. Stated on the box.

Good but expensive
Having used a home made solution of salt and bicarbonate of soda for many years for blocked nose I have now been using these for convenience more than anything.It says to not use tap water but I do.1 sachet with filtered warm water.They work well and last most of the day at cleaning nasal and sonus.Only downsize is they are expensive at about 20p each.

Great for clearing sinus related issues
Easy to use and doesn’t sting when you use it. Purity is very good and product is always very consistent. Use this rather than 2 x basic sachet product to get a hypertonic solution used for rinsing sinuses

Life saver but too strong
It is life saver. Just this version is too strong and seems just double powder in it. So strong sometimes it may painful. But if you have sinusitis it is life saver
