Just got the kit but everything seems to be in order.

Works after you adjust the center plunger.
BUT, You must use a Schrader Valve tool and SCREW OUT the center plunger for it to be able to depress depress the Schrader Valve on adaptor you connecting to.The CENTER PLUNGER is screwed ALL THE WAY IN, from the factory so it doesn't fall out.

The fittings were well made.
There was only one thing in the kit I could use, too many similar sizes, I wanted something that would adapt from a R-12 vacuum pump to a 134a hose set, wasn't even close.

The adapters work well on older ac equipment and adapters work with new r134 refill cans.
